My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while charming and spotless, were really small and outdated, needing some paint and minor updates. The service, however, was top-notch with the staff being very nice and accommodating. The location, between Charlevoix and Harbor Springs, offered easy access to the waterfront and shopping, but the dining was mediocre at best. Despite the downsides, the staff's service and the historic location made the stay memorable.

Staying at this hotel was like a dream come true. I could relax with popcorn and a beer in a cozy atmosphere, and the room's romantic fireplace overlooking the water was simply perfect. However, the knicks in the wallpaper were a bit of a letdown.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of wonderful views and outdated rooms. The lake view was breathtaking, but the room design felt old with wallpaper. The service was exceptional, from prompt issue resolution to the hometown touch from the staff. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of downtown Petoskey. Dining was a highlight with excellent food and a stunning bay view, making up for some of the hotel's shortcomings.
